These posts are for me ;)

Just a reminder, I'm tackling the idea of "blogging for yourself" that I continually am told. So these posts are meant for me to remember and track my running experience, hopefully not to bore those of you who actually take the time to read them ;)

Last week I managed to run a half mile to Sammy's school, then had to stop due to pain. I walked the rest of the way..but by the time i was ready to come back home, my second wind kicked back in. I ran the whole way... 1 mile. That felt good.

Today I was able to get through one mile, barely, before my bladder was going to explode. Not sure how to combat that one. I felt great though, no pains this time. The whole time I was trying to figure out whether i could build up to 3 miles again and do another 5k. If I keep having days like today, I think I could...but then again, not sure if my bladder can hold up 3 miles ;P
